Organizing retrospective

This is a post in my series on ”organizing in between and beyond.” Other posts are here. This is a retrospective of what has happened during the week. The purpose is to reflect on the journey itself. Here is my previous retrospective.

What has happened since the start? What needs to be done?

The G/wi uses consent for all band decisions. Sociocracy uses consent only for policies.

G/wi – when there’s a need to make a decision
Sociocracy – policy decisions incl. elections of all roles
Holacracy – elections of three roles
Integral Management – important to give the opportunity to say Yes and No

Authentic order
Process as output

Counterfeit order
Premature synchronization
Process as input

enfolded order = belonging together
unfolded order = belonging together

Sociocracy is right for the wrong reasons
