Language agility (continued)

I realized a week ago that I have got english speaking readers of my blog although I only write in swedish. That was up to one week ago, that is. Since then I have taken an agile approach with respect to the choice of language. It has worked quite well, especially in my book reviews. Reviews of english books have been written in english, and swedish books in swedish. But there are other challenges too with respect to the choice of language. My previous blog post is actually an example where I would have lost the energy in the text by writing in english. The message was that there is a difference between a meeting and to meet. In english it is kind of self evident, while there is an ambiguity in the swedish word möte which makes it possible to play with the words, and by doing so convey a thoughtful message.
