How might we go deeper choosing aliveness?
“Love”, I wrote last year, “is the inside of aliveness”.1
But what does that mean?
Being still for a moment I am simply experiencing the feeling of being alive.
But what exactly is this?
Not thoughts, but aliveness.
It’s feelable, aliveable—not thinkable.
I am pausing experiencing it.
