Today, I received my latest book from Amazon, “We the People: Consenting to a Deeper Democracy” by John Buck and Sharon Villines. It’s a book about how to apply the principles of dynamic self-governance to our workplaces and organizations. It’s maybe too early to say, but this book might be one of the most important books I have ever read. Let’s see if I change my mind.
