In this video Diana Leafe Christian talks about what the successful 10% of intentional communities do. They have:
- a common vision and purpose,
- fair participatory decision-making,
- clear agreements in writing,
- a good balance of right and left-brain knowledge,
- methods of staying accountable to agreements,
- criteria for new members,
- good communication and processing skills.
I see similarities between growing intentional communities and project teams. It’s not surprising since a project team is a kind of community.
