Ängsbacka Kursgård hosted the first Sociocracy workshop in Sweden June 4-5, 2013. The training was provided by Diana Leafe Christian. The vision of the workshop was to show how things can be better in the future. Sociocracy gives people in organizations the opportunity to enjoy transparent, equivalent, and effective self-governing. The workshop provided information, helpful examples, experiential exercises, and sufficient practice to begin to implement Sociocracy.
